Do I Ever Need Help
I need someone to give me a tutorial on how one links a web site listed in their post to the acutal web site. This is truly shows me to be technologically challenged, but willing to learn.
Hi and welcome to Bloggyland! OK, it's pretty easy, let's see if I can explain it! When you are creating a new post, do you see the icon that looks like Earth (when you scroll over it it'll say "LINK")? Okay, don't click it yet. Go ahead and type out your post. Then go back to the word you want to hyperlink and left-click over it so it is highlighted. NOW click on the Earth symbol. A box will pop up and you need to paste the address of the site you are linking to. That's it! Was that even what you were asking about?? :-)
Still - every time I click, I think that the sky is falling and the earth is coming to an end. There are a lot of tutorials if you google around.... I ditto petunia. She made it sound easy. I would have to draw you a picture or show you.
